We process your personal data because you use our website (s) and / or our online services and / or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website (s) and / or service(s) do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • For the correct functioning of the services that you purchase from us;
  • In the context of agreements (contracts) that we conclude with our customers and / or suppliers. We hereby only process the data that are required to perform these agreements;
  • For the purpose of analyzing the use of our websites (only IP address processing takes place for this).

Automated decision making

We do not take decisions on the basis of automated processing about matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, a Sysadmin Software Company employee).

 

 

How long we keep personal data

We store personal data that we process in the context of agreements to be carried out with our customers and / or suppliers as long as the agreement runs and for a further seven (7) years thereafter. This is due to the legal retention period of our financial administration.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

We share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement that we have jointly concluded with you and to comply with any legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process the data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processes.

At the moment there are no third parties with whom we share the above personal data. As soon as this is the case, we will state the name of the third party in question in this privacy statement.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

We use functional cookies that ensure that the website works better. We do not store any personal data in the cookies. We also use Google analytical cookies. We do not use tracking cookies or cookies from other third parties.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. (“Google”). For this we use Google analytical cookies on the website. We have taken the following additional measures to protect your data:

  • We have entered into a processing agreement with Google;

View, modify or delete data

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make the following information black in this copy: your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and the Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
